We have listed below some great options when searching for a place to stay. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions at all. There are many places to stay by the beach, close to the venue as well as a bit inland for more affordable prices. Depending on what you are looking for (making it a vacation or a quick stay), there are many options that you can choose from. The top two are our favorites by the beach.
By the Beach
For those staying by the beach, we will be providing a shuttle bus to and from the wedding venue at both of these locations.
Catamaran Hotel & Resort
Beautiful and convenient hotel located less than a block from Pacific Beach and Mission beach and right on the bay. The Catamaran will be on the pricier side because of its great location and resort/paradise like feel. You can either call the front desk or use Kayak or other travel search websites to book rooms. As of 02/25 rooms are $169 for weekdays and $211 on weekends on Kayak, which seems like the most affordable site we have seen.
This hotel is approximately 20 min to our wedding venue - bus shuttle will be provided to and from wedding from this hotel.

The Dana Hotel & Resort
Beautiful hotel located approximately 1 mile to beach and on the bay. We have blocked off rooms at a rate of $159/day for both week days and weekends. This hotel is a more affordable option.
This hotel is approximately 20 min to our wedding venue - bus shuttle will be provided to and from wedding.

Close to the Venue
This is an option for those who would want to stay close to the airport and the wedding venue. These options are within 10 minutes of downtown San Diego and 20 minutes to both Pacific Beach and Mission beach. We have seen that the rates at these hotels are not as affordable as the rate at The Dana. We would also suggest looking at Kayak and other travel sites when booking reservations. Hotels More Inland
These hotels are about 20 minutes away. They are located in Hotel Circle in Mission Valley. These hotels are most likely a more affordable option, but you may need to rent a car as you will be 20 minutes from the beach and airport or take a cab. There are a ton of hotels there and can be easily searched via link below. See exact location of this area on the map below.
Vacation Rentals
If you are making our wedding a vacation and are staying upwards of a week, here are some great sites where you rent a condo/apt/beach house. It is cheaper option when you share w/ other people AND you will have all the amenities of home! When searching, good search areas are Mission Beach, Mission Bay, Pacific Beach. This way you will be close to the wedding and many other touristy attractions.
